Essential Moments Photography - Spokane Weddings

Each wedding is different, so Essential Moments Photography offers a variety of wedding photography packages to accommodate each couple. In addition, features can be added onto any package "a la carte". If you are looking for something different than in any of the packages, just let me know and I will do my best to make something work within your budget and needs.

All package prices may be higher or lower, depending on the specifications of your album.

All packages include all the original, high resolution images on CDs or DVDs. Prices don't include Washington Sales Tax, when applicable.

A 10% discount is available for off-season and non-Saturday weddings.

The Coffee Table Book Package - $2395

Five Hours of Coverage
You may break the coverage up into any way you like. Howevever, it usually is something like an hour (at least) for formal portraits, an hour of getting ready, the ceremony itself, and the rest of the time at the reception.

Coffee Table Book
A library-bound coffee table book will be printed at a publishing house that includes 36 pages of images from your wedding day (as many as 60 images, over which you have final say). Additional pages and features can be added.

High Resolution Images
You will receive CDs or DVDs that include all the images from the wedding day--usually 800 pictures or more. These are the original, high resolution images, from which you can make poster-sized enlargements. It is the digital equivalent of owning the negatives.

I don't include many print for this reason--I'd rather you buy prints inexpensively on your own, and spend more money getting the perfect book that you will enjoy forever.

However, you can easily add prints if you would like to go through my lab.

On-line Galleries
The images can be proofed with the online gallery and shared with family and friends, usually within a few days of the wedding.

Rehearsal Attendance
When my schedule permits, I will attend the wedding rehearsal to discuss and plan the photograph for the wedding. You will also receive the pictures I take from the rehearsal.

Packages with Perks

The Engagement Session Package - $2495
This includes all the elements of the Standard Package, but also includes a one-hour engagement portrait session. You will receive all the images from the engagement session on CDs or a DVD, plus a 12" x 18" enlargement of your favorite image for framing or signing at the reception.

The Love-the-Books Package - $2745
The includes all the elements of the Standard Package, but includes two 18 page 6" x 9" duplicate books for parents or friends. Many upgrades are available for the companion books.

The Works Package - $2945
This Package has it all:
One Hour Engagement Session with a 12" x 18" enlargement.
Five Hours of coverage
A coffee table album.
Two smaller duplicate albums for parents or friends
Online Galleries
A 12" x 18" wall print and two 8" x 12" display prints.
All the original, high resolution images.

Budget Packages

Budget Package - $1495
This is for couples who want all the pictures, but can't afford a book right now. So instead of a coffee table book and prints, this package includes all the original, high resolution images on CDs or DVDs so the couple can make their own prints, album, and/or scrapbook later as their schedule and budget permits. It includes five hours of coverage and the online galleries..

Intimate Wedding Package - $995
Like the Budget Package, this package has the high resolution images instead of a coffee table book. It has only three hours of coverage instead of five, so it is ideal for smaller weddings or just receptions. It includes the online galleries. The Intimate Wedding Package is not available on Saturdays from June through September.
